Shipping policy

Availability of a product and estimated delivery/shipping time.
In Stock

The item is available in ours or manufacturers warehouse. We expect to prepare it for the shipment within a day or a few. Our manager will contact you and update you with a current status & estimated delivery time.

Out of stock / On backorder

Any part with this status "Out of stock" or "on backorder" on the product page is currently out of stock in our warehouse.

We can place this on order for you with a delay on delivery. We aim to dispatch back order parts between 2-5 weeks* but cannot promise this. 

At any point we can offer to refund in full if required.

*Please note that shipping time describes a package leaving our warehouse and making its way to you. Delivery term describes the actual date a package is dropped off at the your address and depends on chosen shipping services and your location.
